Any current or former employee that refers an external applicant for assignment with Optimus Employment using the form below will receive a $50 payment, either in the form of a bonus on their paycheck, or in the form of a gift card, after the referred employee successfully works 240 hours within six (6) months of their interview date.  Likewise, the referred employee will also earn a $50 payment when they work 240 hours.
